Food I have had during Quarantine

Philippines

Since the lock down in March, I have left the house exactly three times. Once to get the family car repaired, once to to withdraw from the ATM, and lastly when my Chihuahua got a cut on his head (He's fine). I'm actually pretty content with staying at home since it lines up with my lifestyle of a gaming, movie binging, theorycrafting degenerate, but I do miss food from the outside world. As such, I order out pretty frequently. Here's all my orders since March. *I forget to take pics sometimes. I like make word not picture

I ordered an Overloaded Trio A meal. I didn't really put too much thought into what I was ordering, so I don't know the flavor names. There was one that was all cheese. It was pretty good tbh. Just throw some hotsauce on it. Another was a ham and some other meat that I couldn't tell what it was. Did I eat the random meat anyway? Of course I did. The third one was like a manager's choice type thing with veggies, pineapples, ham and some other stuff that I can't name. Was alright, but the pineapples just tasted way stronger than all the other stuff so it was kind of like a Hawaiian deluxe. Was it my favorite pizzas in the world? Not really. Would I eat it again? Yeah, probably when I'm starving and crave a distraction from the world (has happened a lot in these four months of lockdown).

Taco Bell

One night as I was spamming KEKWs in twitch chat, the streamer ordered Taco Bell for lunch. This wasn't a sponsored stream or anything; it was just his lunch. But I wanted it. I wanted that crunch wrap supreme. I got the crunch wrap supreme. It didn't crunch as much as I had hoped, but I enjoyed the Mexican regardless. The lesson here is product placement works.

I have ordered Brown Sugar milktea from Chachago an ungodly amount of times that I'm not checking my history because I'd be ashamed of myself. My undisputed favorite milk tea.

Donuts so sugary that I can only order the classic, but it's my favorite donut for sure. I've eaten whole boxes in one sitting. I'm only slightly disgusted after.

Ultra Mega Supermarket

Once a month, we order boxes of snacks for the many people that live in the house. Ultra Mega has the fairest prices for mindless chip chewing while watching a movie, so it's got my vote. Give me Chippy and Nova over Salted egg or Korean crackers any day.

CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice - Fisher Mall

I had a standard Pearl Milk tea with extra pearls over the weekend. Coco has a much softer flavor so it isn't very "nakakaumay" or grating on the tongue. It's actually quite nice to just spend the whole day sipping slowly from the cup. I sadly didn't finish all of the pearls that they gave me, but in my defense, I didn't think extra pearls meant literally half the cup. If you like chewing days on end, go for the 10PHP extra, but I think I'll stick to the standard amount.

A weekend late and half a cake gone, but here's a Mango Bravo Cake we got from Conti's for my cousin's birthday. This thing is way too tall to eat practically. It's at least as tall as my head, but I can't lie it did look good for a flex. *the color's all washed out because we threw it in the freezer since it can't fit in the fridge

A family friend sent over a box of assorted rolls of bread. I of course only ate the chocolate one because I'm a sugar fiend, but if the rest are any bit as good as the chocolate roll, this is a great tita gift.

It started to rain really hard this afternoon, so naturally we craved pares. Got a nice classic order and spicy bone marrow. The classic pares warms you up fast. Totally worth it The bone marrow order was also great, but I can literally feel my heart struggling with such high cholesterol. Would risk clogged arteries and order again!

Dunkin isn't my favorite donut but having a chocolate donut with sprinkles and a few choco butter nut munchkins has the power to take you back to when you were 12 and your mom took you out after a halfday of school. Naturally, as an adult I got two boxes and a bucket.
