I love anything lemon-glazed, and dainty shell-shaped 𝘮𝘢𝘥𝘦𝘭𝘦𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘴 are high on the list of my favourite snacks when feeling fancy. I was star-eyed when Lebovitz shared his recipe for lemon-glazed madeleines. But in case you are like me and baking is not quite your thing, head over to 𝗕𝗹é 𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗿é to get your hands on "Paris's most perfect lemon-glazed medeleines". These dainty cakes are created by the skilled hands of pastry chef Patrice Le Bourdat, who worked at a 3 star Michelin restaurant before opening Blé Sucré.

This 21st century grand cafe situated in the 49th floor of Upper House Pacific Place presents a sweeping skyline view and excellent service of heavenly afternoon tea. Favorites in the roster are the beef and black garlic choux, earl gray cookies, and truffle cheddar biscuits. The tea set is priced HKD285 per person, with an additional charge of HKD150 for a glass of mini brut champagne or rosé
A gorgeous space for animal- and coffee-lovers, this branch of Elephant Grounds allows dogs to sit in the outdoor area while diners enjoy their vegetarian delicacies and lavish cappuccinos. The coffee shop is animal-friendly, which you’ll immediately feel from the parade of petting and general warmth your four-legged friend will receive. The location is directly next to the road and highway though, so it may not be ideal for the more nasally-sensitive breeds.
