Hong Kong Old Restaurant has been serving Shanghainese cuisine since 1993. Although tweaked slightly to accommodate Hong Kong palates, their traditional dishes continue to hit the spot. Must-eats include Smoked Eggs with Walnut, Crispy Fried Eel, and To To’s personal favorite (and a dark horse on the menu): Steamed Shad with Lard (蒸時魚).
