Night Safari

2 saves

Singapore, Singapore • Recommendation •

Take a walk on the wild side at Singapore’s Night Safari. The park comes to life after dark with all sorts of creatures: curious civets, fierce felines, and cheeky elephants. Some of them even display their talents in the Creature of the Night Show. Singapore Zoo is just next door, deep in sleep by the time all the fun in the Night Safari starts. The kids may have to stay up a bit after bedtime, but they won’t forget an experience like this! Long queues gather for a 40-minute expedition through the forest on a tram. Instead, opt for a leisurely walk on one of their four trails. There are fewer crowds, allowing you more time at each enclosure. Thrilling wild cats prowl along the Leopard Trail and Fishing Cat Trail while unusual creatures scurry about on the East Lodge Trail and Wallaby Trail. Hydrate, dress cool, and wear insect repellent! A small toy will also help in the case of long lines for the tram.

Its main floor consists of 35 trampolines, so hop, jump, and bound the hours away! The best part is that the entire family can join in on the fun. Safety first, though: grip socks are a must for any jumper. You want to defy gravity, not slip and fall! Live out NBA fantasies at the Slam Dunk Zone, or duke it out on the Gladiator Pit or in a game of Dodgeball! All ages are welcome—AMPED lets an adult in for free to supervise their child if under three years old. They also require a signed waiver, so book ahead online to save time.
