One of Hong Kong’s most famous noodle places, Mak’s Noodle is a long-standing establishment with its roots harking as far back as 1968. The wonton noodles are the superstar here but we’ll be honest, the helpings are smaller than what we’re used to. Luckily, their menu also features a selection of toasted noodles to whet the appetite! We recommend you have it with beef brisket, chutney pork, or oyster sauce and shrimp.
