Thanks to her American heritage, founder Rebecca Schrage has been serving hand-rolled and kettle-boiled bagels in all its New York-style glory since 2014. Her recipe comes from her late grandparents who ran Jewish delis in the Big Apple during the 1950s. Rated the best in Hong Kong, each bagel ordered is baked fresh in the morning and served with homemade cream cheese schmears in plain, scallion, or honey and pecan flavors daily.
