The first, and only Chinese restaurant awarded three Michelin stars in Macau, The Eight serves a plethora of artfully created Dim Sum. Enjoy hedgehog-shaped steamed Char Siu Bao (叉烧包, Cantonese for “steamed barbecue pork-filled bun”) or Har Gow (蝦餃, Cantonese for “shrimp dumpling”) that resembles a gold fish for a playful yet delectable meal.
