The first, and only Chinese restaurant awarded three Michelin stars in Macau, The Eight serves a plethora of artfully created Dim Sum. Must-eat mains at The Eight include the Steamed Crab with Ginger and Chinese Wine, Stir-fried Australian Lobster with Egg, and chef Joseph Tse’s signature Suckling Pig. Delight in the pageant of flavors in the grand Alan Chan-designed space, that takes inspiration from the Chinese elements of gold and the number eight, representing wealth and luck respectively.
