Best Italian in Hong Kong but extremely expensive because the owner's brother sends over fresh ingredients from Italy every day. Don't expect 5 star service or decorations. The food is the only thing that matters here. The owner and chef Alexandre takes his food very seriously and expects customers to respect his food too. Recommendations: literally everything on the menu Address has changed so please check before going. It is now in Wan Chai.
