Mobile Legends is the most popular online multi-player mobile game today. It is entertaining, addicting and actually brilliant. Did you know that most heroes (characters) in this game are inspired by either a real person, a myth or a famous character. This is an ultimate fan guide - Let’s put the action to our feet and go on an ultimate tour to check out where our fave heroes originated. Side Note: More often than not, when a blockbuster movie comes out, MOBA will release a new hero that resembles or is inspired by one of the main characters of that movie. Brilliant! Comment on heroes that you think I should add. ☺️

Hero: Kadita, Ocean Goddess Position: Mage Ultimate: Summons an ocean wave to mark a designated area. After a period of time, the wave surges out of the ground to deal 350 (+140% Total Magic Power) pts of Magic Damage and knocks an enemy into the air for 1.5s This hero is inspired by Nyai Loro Kidul (also spelled Nyi Roro Kidul), an Indonesian goddess of the sea. She is the Queen of the Southern Sea (Indian Ocean) in Javanese and Sundanese mythology. The old manuscript traced her legendary origin to the era of the Sundanese kingdom of Pajajaran, a fortified capital city of Sunda kingdom. This location now corresponds to modern Bogor city in West Java, Indonesia. Side Note: This hero was released by Mobile Legends after the world wide premier of the movie Aquaman. Brilliant!

Officially the "National Sports Development, Education and Training Center" this facility was supposed to be a world-class venue for Indonesia's sportsmen and sportswomen to train. Along the way, the budget ballooned from US$10 million to US$150 million. The site for the complex was in a hilly area, causing many construction problems, and an investigation by the Indonesian anti-grant agency the KPK found that at least a third of the budget had been embezzled. Mired in legal and construction woes, it seems likely the Hambalang complex will never be completed.

Kafe Betawi, whose name literally translates to “native Jakarta,” serves Indonesian street food in a casual restaurant setting. Come for the nasi goreng and mie goreng (Indonesian stir-fried noodles), soto betawi (beef soup with coconut milk), kue rangi (grilled cake made of tapioca flour), es campur (mixed ice with fruits), and sekotong (ginger-infused warm soup). It’s definitely my go-to for my favorite Indonesian comfort eats!
