For those who create music in a recording studio, the promise of a well-equipped work space goes beyond the right gear. Artists, producers and engineers know that many studios carry on the spirit of legendary sessions and past hits - and many hope to tap that energy for their tracks today. Reference: Billboard.com

Which of William Shakespeare's sonnets begins with the line "shall I compare thee to a summers day"?

The Ledbury lives up to its shimmering 2 Michelin Star reputation. Best Mille Feuille I ever had (pic 11) - it didn't fall apart even when we cut it into quarters, and the knife came out clean. To satisfy savory cravings, highly recommend the egg dish (pic 8) and the slow cooked beef (pic 10). Wine list is expensive but at the top ends there are good wines for decent prices. Would definitely come back.

One Michelin Star is deserved, food wise. Would come back for the food. Service is so-so. Wine list is expensive and uninteresting - but corkage is cheap (Sunday is free!) so BYOB. Private room is really nice and at no extra charge. Recommend getting the quiche and the sweetbread if it's available (seasonal menu).

I adore the John Soane Museum in London so am very keen to visit this newly refurbished and reopened house of his.

Once I have been, I may transfer this to my Worthwhile Small museums in London list. ( if it seems worthwhile!)

Opened by a husband and wife team Harneet and Devina Baweja this could be best described as trendy Indian tapas. Small plates let you try a variety of Indian inspired tastes. Best was the Kashmiri spiced lamb chops. they also have a cocktail menu. Steps away form Tower Bridge. Easy to get a table at 6 but gets busy later.

Director Nicholas Hytner opened this brand new theatre in 2017 next to Tower Bridge. They specialize in immersive productions where the audience in the pit becomes part of the performance. I recently went to see A Midsummers Night Dream starring Gwendoline Christie (Brienne from game of thrones) and the very funny Hammed Animashaun as Bottom. You are literally inches from the actors as they perform and sometimes do acrobatics above your head! Try to catch this show, you might even hear some Beyonce when you least expect it.
