one of my favorite restaurants in hong kong because they have seasonal menus and they always have really good stuff every-time i go
i had beef tartare with mozzarella and this other bone marrow dish during my first visit and its one of the best things ever
always get the brie with truffle!!
Brian and I celebrated our 6 months together here. We had 2012 La Tache and 2017 Keller G-Max... what a treat. Apart the excellent wine list (well-priced selection of fantastic wines), food on the tasting menu was incredible. Every dish was on point. Service was great. Would definitely go back.
