The Nagoya castle has been a symbol of Nagoya over hundreds of years. The castle was built to represent prosperity. After the burnt down of original buildings, the two keeps were reconstructed in 1959. They say the exhibition inside and the stroll in its garden is nice.
We didn't really go into the palace grounds. (I was more interested in other palaces tbh.) But if I had the time and energy, I'd probably stick it into my itinerary. Nonetheless, it looked pretty great even on the outside. And there's a nice garden at the side.
How I miss this place since they're now in Intramuros. but the new location fits them well coz of the Pinoy ambience they promote.
Just in case you visit don't forget to try their Bambanog. The woody taste is sooo good you'll never realize you're drunk 🤪
They serve Icecream too.
