He is the brain behind 210 Degrees and the reason why you should visit. Most of the food is cooked at the titular measurement because it’s the perfect roasting temperature according to Chef Mahi. Seems to be so as I thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant's Foie Gras, The Egg appetizer, and octopus dish that I tried here!
