I think this is something you should do. They put all the meat facing the customer, and you can try the meat you want. It’s a very traditional French steakhouse. You can choose your meat from this specific area, they also have very good cheese.

La Maison de l’Aubrac’s reverence for food translates from the farm to the table. The eco-friendly restaurant sources livestock raised on vast elevated pastures, whose healthy diets reduce greenhouse emissions. They even utilize solar-powered equipment to process their meat. Steaks are available 24/7—perfect for those odd hour cravings!

A large selection of imported meats to buy or eat in their in house restaurant. Good steaks. Daily specials include a Sunday roast for 700 baht. Friendly though slow service as everything is cooked to order. Recommend the toffee sponge for dessert!

Most restaurants are proud of their varied menu selections, but Bistecca is an exception. Their main course only has one item, the Bistecca alla Fiorentina. Truth be told, there really is no reason for a customer to opt for something else. The dish is a T-bone steak, and you get to decide its weight serving. It is then perfectly matched with any of their side dishes and cocktails, depending on your choice. Getting to this restaurant is an adventure on its own. Bistecca is deliberately situated under the spotlight, the very reason for the hype surrounding it. A tip: Enter through the fire exit.
