With a mission to serve clean and healthy food, most of Earth Kitchen’s ingredients are sourced from indigenous communities, small farmers, and fishermen around the Philippines. They make sure that these ingredients are also free from genetically modified organisms (GMOs), chemicals, synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides. For something savory, try their Mushroom soup and Milanese with Ifugao rice. For something sweet, their Goat Cheese and Pastilles ice cream is our pick!

Tucked away in a relatively quiet neighborhood in Quezon City, Earth Kitchen proudly supports local farmers and indigenous Philippine communities by showcasing their impressive line of natural and organic produce on their menu. They promote both healthy living and eating, while also helping marginalized groups sustain their thriving livelihood. Its unpretentious façade is quite easy to miss, but dining here never fails. Most of their food is made from scratch, from appetizers to soups, to hearty mains and sweet desserts.

Kick off your farm-to-table journey at Green Pastures where MSG and canned ingredients do not exist. The restaurant's interiors resemble a farmhouse, complete with wooden fixtures and an open organic kitchen. Servers clad as farmers greet you the moment you enter, presenting you with a menu that features items mostly made with locally sourced ingredients. Perfect for those who are looking for “greener pastures” when dining out, you can head to their do-it-yourself salad bar to make your own salad bowl or order a couple of their best-selling dishes: Roast Organic Chicken, House Made Ricotta Cheese served with onion jam, roasted garlic, and toasted bread, and their Vegetarian Burger That Doesn’t Suck!

I must say that you have to visit this restaurant of Chef Margarita Fores to experience yourself 😊 I've tried 3 of their dishes and all of them are so good that I'm already thinking to dine again soon with the boyfriend. I've tried their Muscovado Beef Belly, Carabao Butter Chicken and Spaghettini in Baby Crabfat. All their food are for sharing so it's all worth it.
